Successful Midnight Rescue at Belapur Creek In the early hours of 25th July 2025, the Indian Rescue Force (IRF) carried out a successful rescue operation at Panvel–Belapur Creek, near Dhruvtara Jetty, Sector 15, Navi Mumbai. At approximately 01:18 AM, IRF received an emergency alert from the Marine Police regarding a vehicle that had fallen into the creek, with a woman trapped and struggling in the water. Responding immediately, the IRF team reached the location within minutes. Rescuer Sanskar Nakti entered the water and successfully brought the individual to safety. The victim was found conscious and unharmed, and was later handed over to her family after all required procedures were completed. By early morning, the submerged vehicle was recovered with coordinated support and equipment.
