ITUS Sports & Safety Pvt. Ltd. (ITUS), an integrated provider of marine systems, safety solutions, and disaster response capabilities, has announced exceptional financial and operational growth over the last three years, achieving a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 155%. The company’s revenues have grown from ₹4.5 crore in FY 2023 to ₹10.5 crore in FY 2024, with projections to cross ₹75 crore by FY 2026, reflecting more than a fifteen-fold expansion within a short span. This rapid growth underscores ITUS’s successful transition from a specialist equipment supplier to a comprehensive solutions provider serving defence forces, disaster management agencies, fire services, and emergency response organizations across India and overseas.
A key driver of this expansion has been the strengthening of ITUS’s marine and amphibious systems vertical, supported by indigenous manufacturing and technology transfer initiatives. The company has established Indian assembly and production capabilities for advanced amphibious platforms, rescue boats, RIBs, and patrol craft, supported by IRS-certified shipyard infrastructure with expertise in both FRP and aluminum construction. These efforts align with national self-reliance goals and the Government of India’s Make-in-India vision, enabling faster deployment and lifecycle support for mission-critical vessels.
Simultaneously, ITUS has broadened its disaster response and safety portfolio by supplying specialized search and rescue equipment, emergency systems, and operational support solutions to NDRF, SDRF, fire services, and state disaster management authorities. The company has actively participated in large-scale preparedness and community resilience initiatives, contributing to both institutional capacity building and grassroots emergency readiness programs across multiple states.
Training and human resource development remain central to ITUS’s strategy through the Indian Rescue Academy, which delivers structured programs in water rescue, flood and swift water operations, collapsed structure search and rescue, fire and industrial safety, work-at-height, and technical rescue. The academy trains thousands of responders annually, helping standardize professional competencies and strengthening India’s overall emergency response ecosystem with practical, hands-on, and internationally benchmarked methodologies.
Further accelerating growth, ITUS has launched a technology vertical focused on digital and satellite-enabled solutions, including the Pin Point Earth vessel tracking system integrated with ISRO/Iridium networks. These systems provide real-time fleet visibility, monitoring, and operational analytics, enabling agencies to enhance coordination, safety, and mission effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.
Commenting on the milestone, Ankit Wagh, Founder & CEO, ITUS, said, “Our growth from ₹4.5 crore to a projected ₹75 crore within three years reflects the trust placed in us by defence and disaster management stakeholders and validates our integrated approach. We are focused not merely on supplying equipment, but on building complete operational ecosystems that combine technology, training, and indigenous manufacturing to strengthen national preparedness and resilience.”
Looking ahead, ITUS plans to further expand domestic manufacturing capacity, scale its training footprint nationwide, introduce smart command-and-control systems, and deepen collaborations with global OEMs and government partners. The company also aims to strengthen exports to friendly foreign nations and leverage CSR and institutional partnerships to build sustainable community resilience programs.
ITUS Sports & Safety Pvt. Ltd. continues to position itself as a trusted partner in safety, marine mobility, and disaster management, delivering reliable, scalable, and future-ready solutions that contribute to public safety and national capability development.
