The First Aid Trainings Program was conducted at Indus International School Pune on 9th april and 16th April 2016..
The training session started with the participation of 63 students and was carried out by our Master Trainer Anup Mirajkar who explained the importance of first aid protocols in their day to day life. Our fellow trainer Mr Mayur Paygude took the responsibility of all the practicals and scenarios conducted during the two day
First Aid training workshop.
Students were firstly trained accordingly with the necessary protocols of First Aid which included the important skill of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), managing small and severe injuries, bandaging and evacuations techniques. Additionally the trainer provided the students with tips on ensuring safety as part of their day to day lives.
The overall objective of the course was to inculcate a sense of safety amongst the student and develop a consciousness to help the fellow student/friend in the school when he/she is in distress.
